- Every student should carry his/her docket to school every day.
- Non vehicle commuters should arrive at school 10 minutes before start of the assembly.
- Transit to activity class period should be done in complete silence.
- Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. Students who are not in proper uniform will not be allowed to enter their class rooms.
- Non Sikh boy should get their hair cut at regular intervals. Hair cut should be a simple boy cut. Girls with long hair must tie it up neatly into plaits.
- No shouting or whistling is allowed in or around the school building. Running in corridors is strictly prohibited.
- It is strictly forbidden to throw any object at anyone.
- No child should damage / spoil the school property of other children. Any such damage shall be fined to the parents. Intentional damage may lead to termination.
- No book (Other than textbooks or library books) magazine or paper may be brought to the school without the class teacher’s permission.
- Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is not permitted.
- In case of delay of parental pick up they should report to school office. Those who go home alone should not loiter about on the way but be prompt in returning home straight. Students are warned not to buy or receive anything from anyone, on the way home or to school.
- The school reserves for itself the right to terminate the students with unsatisfactory progress in studies or whose conduct is a bad precept for others.
- Exploding crackers or splashing colours during Diwali / Holi or any other occasion in the school premises or school buses is strictly forbidden. Non compliance of these instructions can result expulsion from the school.
- Students must come to school in uniform only. This rule applies even when they come to school for any purpose other than attending classes or even after school hours.
- Students are not allowed to wear watches to school.
- Girls are strictly restricted from wearing any kind of ornaments whatsoever, for school or any other school function. Parents are requested to ensure that the children do not have any money or valuables with them.
- Students should maintain the ID Card given to them with sanctity. It should be brought by the students daily. No child will be allowed to enter the class without the ID Card and docket.
- A student is liable to be sent home, if his/her uniform is not perfect or untidy, in which case the school disclaims all responsibilities.
- Parents will see that the students attends the school with all the necessary text books and materials.
- Parents are expected to check and send the docket daily and sign promptly all the messages, remarks and reports.
- Continuous assessment of the whole year’s work will be considered for promotion to the next year.
- A record of the addresses of parents/guardian is maintained in the school office and if any change it is the parents duty to inform it without delay.
- Entry without Parent’s I Card is strictly prohibited in the school premises.
- Learners should not bring valuable articles for e.g.:- jewellery, watches, I pads, cameras, mobiles, weapons/sharp instruments if found the gadget will be confiscated.
- Parents are requested to switch off their mobiles during their visit to the school campus especially within school hours.
- Each and every article of the child should have the child’s name with marker pen. The teacher is not responsible for the lost articles.
- Parents are not allowed to phone educators or principal at their residences. Official communication must be the school docket, or letter or e-mails or meetings with prior appointment within the school hours.
- Parents/Guardians are advised not to visit their wards or teachers in their class rooms. They are required to have a prior permission/appointment to visit or meet anyone in the institution.
- It is mandatory for the parents to attend their wards PTM which will be informed well in advance.
- If the child has any major health problem or is having any specific allergy and if there is any such information which is related to the child’s health and well being, it has to be put on record in the school and in the class teacher’s register. If the child has any fears or phobias, it must be informed.
- A Learner absent from exam has to present the supportive document, and then only the learner will be considered for average year calculation.
