- Fee has to paid on quarterly basis. Fees can be paid in the form of Cash, Cheque, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking through payment gateway on school mobile application.
- Fees paid by Cheque / Demand Draft should be issued in favour of “SAMITHI ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL CBSE”. The name of the account is subject to change if required by the management, for which the parents will be intimated prior.
- Parents are requested to pay the fees on or before the below specified dates and if it happens to be a holiday pay before 15th of the month.

- If transport facility of school is being utilized, then transport fee has to be cleared on Quarterly basis to continue transport facility.
- Post-dated cheque will not be accepted.
- There will be no reduction or reimbursement of any amount from the fees, for absence from school for short or long duration for any reasons, medical / social or religious.
- Any child after taking LC, seeking readmission to the school, will be treated as a fresh applicant and will have to go through the admission formalities applicable at that time based on seat availability.
- Parents have the option to deposit the school dues for the whole year in advance if they find it more convenient.
- In the event of the Cheque being dishonoured, you are expected to deposit the fees amount in cash only along with the administrative charges of Rs. 500.
Parents are advised “not to pay the fees from any other link or directly from their account. If parents want to pay fee by online, then please follow below mentioned instruction.”

ONLINE FEE PAYMENT PROCESS
- Go to Quick Fee Payment / Dashboard → Fees.
- Select the fee type (Academic / Transport) and click pay Now.
- Enter or verify your mobile number and email ID.
- Select the preferred quarter amount and initiate the payment.
- Click Proceed & Pay Now.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- After making the payment, wait until the receipt or confirmation is received.
Note:
★ Online payment gateway charges will be levied as per bank norms.
★ If payment deducted from parents’ bank account & receipt not generated, then please wait for seven working days for reconciliation.
